What is the process for commissioning a piece of art?
First, the image or subject will be agreed with the client and the artist. Once agreed, a 20% no-refundable deposit will be paid before work can begin. Once the painting is completed, and the client is happy with the finished piece, and invoice will be sent and the painting will be shipped once remaining payment is completed.
How long will a commission take?
Lead time takes between 2 to 4 months depending on size, subject and drying times.

How long will delivery take?
Limited edition prints take from 7 to 14 days. This includes ordering from the professional giclée printers, inspection by the artist, signing and numbering by the artist, then finally shipped off to the customer.
Original art work takes between 5 and 10 days. This includes ensuring of secure packaging and booking courier collection. Depending on size, is shipped by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
How will the painting be packaged?
All art work is securely packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard. Large giclée prints are shipped in a secure tube.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all art sold within UK.

Do you deliver outside UK?
If you live outside UK please contact the artist as a price with a suitable shipping courier will need to be agreed before a sale.
What is your return and refund policy?
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please make contact within 7 days of receipt.
Once we have agreed to a refund, please return the item within 14 days in it's original packaging and a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Please make sure to obtain proof of postage as responsibility cannot be taken for items that get lost on their way back. Only with proof of postage can a refund be reimbursed. Returned items must still be in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault).
Unfortunately, a refund for return postage will not be issued unless the item is faulty.
What is a limited edition giclée print?
A giclée print is made professionally using highest quality archival pigment giclée ink and archival fine art papers. The high quality ensures the print will last for 75-100 years without fading.
Limited edition means that there are only a certain number in existence and offers an affordable alternative to owning a reproduction of an original painting.

Do you offer a framing service?
All paintings are created on stretched canvas which will have hanging string attached to the back and is ready to hang unframed.
Due to the vast choice of frame styles however, framing unfortunately cannot be included with the art. It is best for customers to find a local framer to choose a suitable frame. With smaller pieces, like limited edition giclée prints, an assortment of frames can be sought in high street stores at very reasonable prices.
